What's the difference between refurbished A grade and B grade?

Refurbished Grade A and Grade B can be hard to tell but Grade A is kept for units that show evidence of very light previous use. Any wear on housing, external surfaces, cover, lid, and keyboards is standard minimal use. Grade B will feature excessive scratches on the body and may feature heavier wear on keyboards and emit a shininess to the keys that were heavily used.
